Digital Resources at the DCPL
The DC Public Library (DCPL) offers a vast selection of digital content (movies, newspaper archives, music, ebooks, learning resources, and more) freely available to residents of the District of Columbia and nearby counties or cities in Maryland (Prince George's and Montgomery) and Virginia (Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Prince William, Falls Church, Alexandria and Frederick). If you live beyond these areas, you can apply and pay for a DCPL nonresident card.
