Browse Collections
In addition to being able to search for items in Discovery A-Z, there is a Browse option that you can use to survey the titles among in the library's subscribed Collections and Journals.
1. Begin at the Discovery A-Z screen.
2. Click the Browse tab and select Collections.
3. The system returns a listing of the database collections in the library's knowledge base of electronic resources.
4. Click a title in the Collections list. The link will redirect to the item record which contains the content provider, the number of titles in the collection, and an access link to the collection. If available, the item record may also offer a collection preview.
Browse Journals
1. Click the Browse tab and select Journals.
2. The system returns a listing of the journal titles in the library's knowledge base of electronic resources.
3. Click the letter category for the journal title, and another browse level will open.
4. You can continue to select the letter combination categories until you arrive at the one that meets your criteria.
5. Selecting "The" reduced the results to 74 journals grouped by the letter combination "The" in their titles. [Note: Discovery A-Z includes articles (a, and, the) in its sorting.]
6. Clicking on the title provides access to the item record for the journal and access options.
